Hi Max,

I am so excited for you, I truly am.

It just goes to prove if you believe in something and, you keep your thoughts and actions pure, then in the end you will win.

Secondly, and the most important thing to remember, the owner can recognize that this is not a house for you to make money from, it is house that will be a HOME for you and your family (many generations) to create a center that will last for many years to come. When you are an old man, your family, cousins, uncles, friends and other, will all look back at this moment in your life a realize what a great job you have done as a family man and this brings both respect and love to you.

I am going to call my wife and tell her about the GREAT news!!!

DON'T FORGET, make sure that you take lots of pictures and video when you are moving in as this will be history and something that the future generations can look back at and feel proud.

Now, it will be my time to do the same thing in the near future. We will be looking out towards the mountains near Danshui as it is peaceful, quite, relaxing and also the prices of houses are very reasonable. At this point in time we must wait as you know my wife is pregnant and I do not want her to get worried. Additionally, my work is in Shih-lin so I must take that into account as well. Lastly, my wife works along way from home so we must wait until she has the baby and looks for work that is closer to home. Once that has all been fixed then it will be our turn to do it.

Like you, I cannot wait until we get our family home as well. Both my wife and myself have had a very hard two years as we both spent allot of money to move here, then we spent about two months having a quick holiday in Taiwan before we started to work and then, I got very sick for about 1 year and I spent along time in bed trying to get better. This means we must try and make up 1 year of my life as I did not work very often and because of that we had to spend lots of our savings to make sure that we could survive, rent, food, clothing and other expenses. Finally I am about 90% better so within a year we will be back on top and I cannot wait.

We have worked very very hard for me to get better and now we are moving forward, finally. It just goes to show that if you have a strong relationship, and strong determination, then everything will work itself out!

Again, congratulations and I am so very pleased that your wish came true. It is so nice to hear that everything is just fine.
